Called in an order at 5:30pm. Ordered the assorted lunch box from the catering menu (12 sandwiches) told them I'd be by about 8:30pm. When I got there, was told that the order needed to be placed the day before to ensure there was enough bread. The bread rack was full of bread. There was not a shortage of bread!! Long story short, they did not fill my order, nor did they call to advise they weren't going to fill the order.These sandwiches were to feed a work crew who had been doing a good job. Subway in Iowa Falls failed miserably!!!!! Evidently they didn't need the business or my money.

I like Subway because they have excellent meat they build the sandwiches the way you want it done they don't argue and because I'm a senior I get a discount and I feel the price is very fair

Went today to have me a delish fresh sandwich from here & Boom I got hit with an Amazing Employee that was popping with delightful personality He is the Best !! He totally brightened my day..I wish I caught his name, I'll be sure to get it & drop it in the next review because he needs to be known for his Awesomeness...1/25/23 what a great day !
