Stopped in here for lunch with a group of 6. The atmosphere is a good ole midwestern town bar. Nothing too exciting but clean and the service was great. There was only one server on duty, but it looks like lunch crowd is a little light so no worries. Food was good, service was quick and great, so overall a solid experience!
Been here a few times and always been pretty satisfied with the food and the service. Unfortunately the last visit was pretty basic....if not sub par. Appetizers, which we clearly indicated we wanted FIRST, came AFTER the pizza!? It was a slow afternoon with maybe 3 other tables so if the food had WOWED us....we would not have any complaints. Still left 25% since we've also been in that job....but we're definitely going to be rethinking our tipping strategy.
My friends and I were driving home and this place was suggested to us. It was a Sunday and they were short staffed but she did a great job. She was kind and attentive and the BLT with tots was just what this weary traveler needed! It was a relaxed atmosphere and everyone was welcoming.
