Food is great. One of the cleanest A&Ws that I've been to. They also offer the chilled mug rather than having to ask for it. Also the small details like the draft pull handle for the root beer is cool. Overall great experience.

We went as a family to get our tree in Jefferson
We went to the A& W
The food was great
The people were very friendly
And the prices were great

Kid-friendliness: We had a lot of kids
There was a nice big table in the back

The food was the normal A&W quality. What really struck me was the staff. The young man who took my order was very polite and patient as I allowed my children to place their orders themselves. Then we went back to get ice cream, the kids got free ice creams, there was a little confusion on my part on weather or not I had paid for the right amount of ice cream. The young man did his best to try and explain. I wasn't understanding. It was getting busy, and I could see...
