Here's what's real, both DQ & A&W in Jefferson have good tasting food, that said they both can take longer than necessary to prepare and deliver your order. I've started calling ahead !!.....

First things I noticed about this dairy queen compared to most was that it was really clean and organized. The lady at the counter, I assume was the manager was super friendly! We entered and immediately received warm greetings and great customer service. Upon receiving our ice cream she asked how we liked it, it was really good!

Haven't been here in a while, but just stopped in today. Pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the customer service was excellent. I don't know what's changed but I like it!
