I dont go there anyways rather go to Hamilton the Manager was rude to me when I asked a question about my order instantly raised her voice when I wasn't complaining I just asked a simple question for future reference that was the first and only time I allowed that iv been going to Hamilton since that day!

Keokuk DQ is my favorite Dairy Queen. Their prices are much better than other location's, and their Bizzards are packed full of ingredients. Service is always friendly and fast.

The cups are absolutely garbage. You can't open it without the liquid spilling everywhere, and the lid itself is the size of the cup. One would assume you flip the cup so the liquid goes into the lid, but it doesn't work. Milkshake was also melted completely. Service would be much better if the cups went back to being able to fit the content. Not the workers fault, but these cups are just awful.
They were busy on this visit and were out of several things. The staff was friendly and apologetic...

If I coukd give u 10 stars I would. My dad use to take his dog here every day they were open for ice cream. The people who worked here developed a relationship not only with my dad's dog, but my dad and you showed him he was human; when nobody else in the area would. Thank you for the kindness and empathy you showed him.
