I tipped 19$ to the driver for delivering in the weather conditions and the driver forgot our order of parmesian bites... cool im not trippin.. but when they hang up on you and dont answer the phone then I get pissed. Very poor service/management.

We rarely order from any where else! Everything we order is always excellent quality taste as well as oven fresh hot! Super friendly delivery drivers as we rarely order pick up. When we have, their customer support at the counter is always on par! EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE CREW!!!

Whoever made my $9.99 large thin crust pizza with sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and black olives with garlic sauce did a FANTASTIC job!!!!! SO DELICIOUS! Also, the guy at the pick up window was pleasant!

Previous experience with this restaurant pan pizzas WAS DOUGHY ! Called in to tell restaurant pizzas was fully uncooked was told by an employee that's IMPOSSIBLE was on hold for 10 mins to not get to reconnect with store employee at all. This was online order did try to call to change order/ confirm never got through either. Phone systems poor

Ordered food at 10 o’clock first order was” delivered to the wrong house” called again had the order remade same thing then I’m on the phone with management as a lady pulls up can us our pizza in our drinks we no joke walk inside open the box in there are roaches on our pizza (photo in comments)

I have been a regular customer of Dominos! Tonight, I ordered a extra chicken, extra mushroom, and regular green olives, NY style pizza. I got this and when I picked up I asked that is that extra mushroom and chicken? It looks like regular! The guy from dominos told me it’s the extra mushroom quantity is 3.5 oz. Seriously? I paid for the unlimited toppings what they gave offer.
I was in a hurry so I left it. Tomato sauce was also less amount.
Guy at the window was so kind and friendly, I wanted to leave a review just because of him. Food industry is tough, but these employees did great. Service was fast. The pizza was excellent as always.
