Had a great time eating breakfast with the girls. The food was great, the waitress was great. Coffee was always being refilled. We really enjoyed it.Parking: We had multiple vehicles and had no problem parking which was crazy because the restaurant was full! We didn't have to wait but I was surprised they had a table.

My problem is with the delivery driver. She apparently took my number down wrong cause we waited and waited for a call our food was on the way. After awhile I called back to see what was taking so long and she said I called three times in a sassy tone. My phone didn't ring. Nevertheless the biggest issue here is she left my food on the ground in the parking lot where I work. Are you kidding after I even tipped you?! That to me was a slap in the face.
Easily the poorest barbecue I've ever had. This place has potential to be good, but it just seems like they don't care.

Nice quaint small restaurant! Off the main strip and quiet area. Friendly staff, good food. Once living in Hamilton IL area many years ago, never knew this place existed but we travel few times a year to Keokuk area and this will be our go to place from now on. Homemade food! Only open until 2 so we try to make it in before closing time. Don't like the chain restaurants? Try this place!

I've been going here for years. I grew up in keokuk and this place is 100% my go-to whenever I'm in town. I highly recommend their food is always awesome and the prices aren't bad at all. It's a great little family diner. Our family even ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving from them one year, it was fantastic and it took so much pressure off alot of families shoulders, especially with how empty the stores are during the Thanksgiving season. They are good people, just making great food

I took my dad here for Father's day since we were out for the day and ready for lunch. Based on the star rating and number of reviews, we thought it would be decent. And when we pulled up and saw a full parking lot, we were even more hopeful. But then we got inside. It was very crowded. We noticed the sign to seat ourselves. There was only one table open and it was dirty (which they did clean before taking our order). We placed our order and got our food. The quality was TERRIBLE! The brisket was dry, crumbled (not melted), and tasted like ash. My dad got the 3 meat combo. It cost $17.50 and based solely on the amount of food he got, it was only worth less than half of that! Overall, it was a HUGE disappointment and we will not be back.

Wonderful place with awesome food. We were in town with our dog and we sat out front on the patio. Waitress was awesome and even brought our puppy a bowel of water with ice. 10 out of 10.
