Been there a few times over the last few years. Poor quality food, health inspector needed there. Blood Mary in the past had spoiled stinky olive to Nad food. Other with me was the same. Some of the servers are good though.

I would recommend coming here if you are simply looking to get a good steak. As for the other food, its all hit or miss. The atmosphere is good, but can use some obvious remodeling. Wait staff was good, but not over the top. Essentially you get what you pay for and that's it.

Sat at a table for 20 minutes without any contact with a server before we had to get an employee from another section. After we finally ordered drinks we waited another 10 minutes for them to arrive. Then what I would assume to be a manager(unidentified) approached the table and said sorry for the inconvenience and that the server had just gotten here, Blatantly lying to our faces as we had watched our “server” talk with another table for nearly the whole 20 minutes before disappearing.

Just an awful experience when we went, the food tasted wrong and for the price everything was it was a robbery, and the servers were acting strange/rude. Was served a bread stick with my steak and the bread stick tasted better than the whole meal.

We come here every year, after driving through the Christmas light display in Rand Park. The food is always great & the portions are generous. Everyone should try the Wisconsin cheese soup (if you can tolerate dairy)!Kid-friendliness: Our waitresses have always been good with my grandchildren. There are children's menu/coloring pages and crayons to keep them entertained.
The food was nothing to brag about. We had a large group, and half of the people were eating, and the other half were still waiting. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

No one was covering the front when we came in, probably waited for about 5-10 minutes before someone came by and took us to a table. The waitress was very nice and polite. I ordered the bourbon chicken that came with rice (was expecting white or a pilaf but it came with wild rice which isn't a favorite). The chicken was a little hard to cut. The broccoli that came with it had some bad spots on it as well. The sauce on the chicken was tasty and the breadstick and salad were pretty good. They even brought the ranch out in a squirt bottle so I didn't have to ask for more.

So let me first start off saying that the food was AMAZING!!!! My picky kid ate a bunch of stuff! Both me and my Nana ate the bqq bourbon Mushroom snd Swiss and it was SO GOOD!!! I think the atmosphere is wonderful. Now as far as the service well... she wasn't overly friendly. Not rude but didn't really seem to care much. Took about 10 minutes to bring a bottle of ranch over to the table, didn't refill drinks, didn't ask us how we liked the food, ect. I'm not sure of her name and she may have been having a bad day but service could've definitely been better. That's the only reason it's not 5 stars. However, that does not deter us from ever returning as we saw multiple other servers who were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options and cheap as well!Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple ramps for wheelchairs!!
