Quite possibly the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. Service was slow (I’m not talking about the time it took to get the food) I’m talking about the amount of time it took for someone to take my order. It took more than 20 minutes to get my food. The atmosphere was not pleasant. I went back to give them a second chance and I waited so long for someone to take my order that I walked out and went somewhere else.

I wanted it hot did not get it. The gril waiting on me was paint up black and nails were dirty was not pleasing to be around food, would not let her come to work like that

My only complaint is that when someone asks for fresh fries, please give them fresh hot fries. Like I specifically asked for! Don’t try to hide them at the bottom of the bag like I won’t notice. I ask for them fresh because if not fresh they are not good.

Tried to order at drive thru but was told it would be 20 min for chicken. Came back an hour later and chicken was available. Got to window and was given back $4.00 change in COIN! Was told they were out of $1’s. This was at 5:15 and they were open until 10:00!! ?♀️ I hope they didn’t run out of coins before 10:00! Poor management and nothing on the employees as they were very nice and apologized.

RJ and team has really turned this place around. Yes you might have to wait for your food to cook, but it's fresh! Very clean. Very friendly.
