Update to this: i called the store when reece brought the food home which of course had several wrong things. Jenn states she is the manager and i explain the situation. She goes on to start arguing and then holds the phone away from her while talking to someone telling them how i am screaming at her, telling her she doesnt know how to do her job, and whole lot of other story that i had not even been on the phone long enough to have this convo. She then comes back and tells me she talked to her manager (shocked u werent the manager u claimed to be) she begins getting an attitude and when i begin to ask her how this will be corrected she smarts off and comes back with "waiting for you to be done", i still have not even gotten angry at this point but this set it close to the edge. She then offers me these solutions of which i choose to just have a voucher for the meal. After all this she tells me she will leave the note because the person that does that isnt there today and hangs up. I had not had issues at this place in years but today was horrible. I swear fast food place in town is getting worse by the day. Reece and I order something so he can eat before heading to burlington. Pay online at 1041am. Reece goes to pick it up and has been there 50 minutes asking about this order and they say they are just now starting it. Seriously he will be eating super fast and rushing now when food was ordered an hour and a half before he needed to leave. Mind you he still isnt home with said food so he will have maybe 5 minutes to eat. And of course not even a sorry or anything from the restaurant
I went and placed my order with the 90yr old gma today in the drive thru and received the wrong sandwich , wasn’t a big deal at all but i don’t like sausage i like egg mcmuffins and wanted my sandwich the way i ordered it and paid for as well.. handed it back to the very very sweet boy in the window and was accused of ordering the sandwich with sausage which ofc i know what i order and eat. The lady saying this was the lady who took my order who then wanted to argue with me in front of my gma in drive thru over a sandwich in which i did in fact order it the correct way! She proceeded being rude and i asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me, i then asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, i then said i wanted someone higher up and she refused! All these years i’ve never been treated that way customer service wise unless it was taco bell and this was so unprofessional and to treat me like that in from of my gma is so disrespectful and u shouldn’t have a job

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Sausage and Cheese Biscuit, what I got was a Sausage and Egg Biscuit. No problem it happens I take the bag back in. I tell the nice young man at the counter he said no problem one sec. He took it too his manager and told her what I said. She said well I guess we need a Sausage and cheese biscuit now. Not real professional. Her and the cook kept talking about and then I hear the guy cooking say tell her to order it correctly next time. I did order it correctly was my response. The young man that brought my bag back to me apologized for their rude behavior. I said that was very rude and he said yes it was I'm sorry. Do Better McDonalds.

Slower then molasses. Made everybody pull to the waiting area in the drive through. Had to repeat the order cause the drive through person didn’t listen.

Is it that hard to make a sandwich correctly? Especially when the sticker is ON the sandwich? I also took my sisters kids one day, we waited for an hour and half for an online order, 30 minutes out side in drive thru. I went in asked for a manager, waited 40 more minutes for her to actually speak to me, she told me my food was never on their screen period till I showed her my phone receipt and said I wanted my money back she told me she'd go ahead and make it, waited 20 more minutes for my food should've just gave me my money back.

When I go to McDonald's I get a Mc.Chicken and fries and ask for ranch. This time I didn't get the ranch and the lady was being rude and said I had to pay for it but I never do. Don't recommend.

Always have issues with the staff. They purposely delay orders to where they are cold and then give you trouble when you want it remade. Don't use the app. They can't get their shit together.

pulling people to the 3rd window when no one is in the drive behind you is insane.. Beating the system by showing they had the meal out faster
