This place has went down in quality so much since I was growing up, it’s sad. Tonight we ordered a big dinner box , as a family of 6 this is what feeds us all. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and breadsticks. After eating 1/2 of my pizza (both my 1 year old annd 3 year old had also eaten this much and my husband eating 2 PIECES, I noticed mine and my son’s pizza were undercooked.
Once I saw this I checked the other pizza, also undercooked. My husband called the store and they denied this happened and stated “I looked at the pizza and I know it was cooked properly.” I had an instant stomach ache & called the store myself. What an absolute joke of being treated this way and terrible customer service. We will never go back.

We drove down because we found out this was one of the new retro fitted Pizza Hut Classic locations. We wanted to see if it looked and smelled like the Pizza Huts of the old days. So the red booths, Tiffany style lights, and table clothes Were spot on. The place had correct throwback signs, and the salad bar. Gonna say it looked good but one BIG problem. Super bright LED lights had the place blaring bright. Some dimmer lights would give the place some atmosphere but the super bright lights defintiley take a lot away from the whole dining experience. Also..where is the beer? Overall, kind of a cool idea and throwback. We hadn't eaten at a pizza hut restaurant for at least 20 years till this point so it was kind of a cool novelty experience but a few more tweeks could make it really cool . The Pan Pizza was pretty close to what I remember as kid. Overall worth a try at least once for nostalgia sake.
