No stars this location has went down hill big time one of the employees told me I had to use the drive-thru as a DoorDasher because the intercoms was broke so I went thru the drivethru and it took about 20 minutes for that I finally got the customer order went to delivery and as I was leaving someone pulled up to the intercoms and was ordering there food as a doordasher they are taking money out of my pocket for being lazy

It’s usually been excellent except the past few times. On a few different days and times I have just ordered 2 drinks through the app and it takes them 30 mins to bring out two drinks. Their speakers were also having difficultly at this time. My past few experiences have been iffy but in general this place is pretty good

Took 30 minutes in drive through just to be told that they don’t do more than 1 order per car. Was never informed before taking order. The lady at the window was completely rude about everything too. She also had an AirPod in and had to repeat ourselves multiple times.

They ran our card for the wrong order. We had to tell them. It took forever to get the refund. Took forever to get our shakes, and one was mostly whipped topping. The employees were dressed in shorts and crocs. Very disappointed and will likely not return

Menu has been hit and miss, sometimes equipment works sometimes it doesn't (just how the field works) but the employees are always so nice!!!! Called Olivia today to see if the slushie maker was working (it is, I got a unicorn boba and it's amazing) and she was so nice!!!!! Made the whole experience 100x better!!

I was literally sitting in the stall for at least a good 20 minutes before somebody answered the button and I’ve worked in this business before so I understand that you guys are packed, but you can get on the intercom more than 20 minutes ago and just be like just give us a minute we’re packed where low stuff which I’m understandable about that And then when they took our order, they were very rude and disrespectful about it

Asked for a no onion no tomatoes on my burger and they had them in it. Was nasty. My lemonade was extremely nasty extremely sour and sweet i could not drink it. The fries where extremely salty and thin extremely crispy. Just not right. Had to throw away the burger fries and drink.
