Haven’t been going lately due to every time I order a drink it tastes AWFUL. I believe they need to keep up on the carbonation issue they seem to be having for quite awhile now. Otherwise, people are usually friendly & order is usually spot on. Just definitely try your drink before leaving! Also, I would recommend just going through the drive-thru then sitting at a stall, because the stalls always have issues, if they even work.
Ordered through the app at 7:30 this morning, 5/04/24. Pulled up and waited patiently for my order to be filled. The manager come up and explained to us what was going on, and that it would be about a 30 minute wait for our food, as the opening staff failed to come to work today. Everything was great except that the double bacon cheeseburger was a little sloppy, low on lettuce (which was also soggy), and slightly overcooked. I'm assuming they were training a new guy, which is understandable.
Parking: We order from the parking lot. It's a unique drive-in setup where each parking stall has the menu and all of the needed ordering tools, and you eat in your car.
