Walked in the restaurant, almost tripped over a tiny wet floor sign that was behind the door(it was raining), and got yelled at for not seeing the tiny wet floor sign. Then, all the employees left the front counter and did not wait on us. They had the wet floor sign up because the door was broken, instead of putting a sign on the door or where it would be visible.

I was never so disappointed in my life We pulled in there they shouldn't I'll tell you what we have to offer It's a sad day when your restaurant cannot keep stuff Especially as long as that restaurant's been there With the previous owners we never ever had any problems like that I'm just saying I'm really disappointed could we pull-down we didn't even order anything

Went there to dine in and with a whole line of workers ignored the fact that we needed to place our order with special directions due to food allergies and the fact we was paying with cash not card and the whole crew ignored us and carried on with their personal conversations and very inappropriate might i add never again will me and my family return to this establishment worst experience ever

The worst thing a fast food restaurant could do is automate their customer service and ordering system. It’s a terrible idea to not have someone working front counter. Meals are always wrong and you can stand at the counter for 10-15 minutes before you receive any help. If 0 stars were possible I’d choose that.

The order kiosk was not user friendly. I added guacamole to my beef supreme chalupas and the meat was deleted from the order. It failed to text my receipt so I had no way to double check order. Was very disappointed. Will not be back

Black burnt food I my burrito. I'm assuming it's because the staff tempers with food when they don't like you. Always having issues with this place. Staff will tamper with food.

If I could give no stars I would have this place is a crappy place the service is awful there were little kids in the lobby and the kitchen staff were cussing up a storm no one would talk to us when we came in and it took a very long time to get our food and when we did get it it was awful will never eat here again shame on you guys for being so awful! I don't expect much from taco bell. All I want is Baja blast, cheesy bean an rice burritos, and an occasional cinnamon twist. I ordered these and took a bite of the cinnamon twist and instantly got hit with a nasty moldy taste. They had black growths on them. This order was made at night and it was dark in the car. So I didn't see it before taking a bite. Every thing else about the order was fine. But moldy food is unforgivable please check your inventory throw away bad food.

Fast and tasty. Beware drive-through customers, the lane is only one wide, and if you have someone behind you, and for some reason the card machine isn't working, you will be stuck there until the line moves, ask me how I know.
