Have been told several times they can't make my order because they are out of stuff, or equipment was out order, been told they can't make it because they already shut the equipment off 3 hours before close, been given food with next to no filling or half the size it is supposed to be. The only reason they get my money is because I work up the road and after a 16 hour shift I don't feel like driving around town to go somewhere else but today was the last straw.

The food is always cold, and disgusting. The staff do not acknowledge you in any way what so ever, and they always forget something.
Everytime i come here they mess up SOMETHING in my order never fails. So i think im done. I love taco bell so i have gave this location chance and chance again but at this point i would probably bet money on the fact theyll just mess my order up again

Ordered food online and get to the window to pick it up just to be told they are out of almost everything food wise maybe store needs a new manager somebody that knows what they are doing the place is a joke even if they have food in stock they get it wrong 9 times out of ten
Been through several times.....was denied more hot sauce..was told that I had enough. They were also out of lettuce and sour cream.....very rude and horrible customer service!! Alexis Jones has major issues that need to be addressed at this branch.
Trashy at night!!! 2 employees laying on the sidewalk and when i went to the drive through they yelled at me they were out of food and come back in 2 hours. This was 12pm and they close at 3am. I would clean house

Walked in the restaurant, almost tripped over a tiny wet floor sign that was behind the door(it was raining), and got yelled at for not seeing the tiny wet floor sign. Then, all the employees left the front counter and did not wait on us. They had the wet floor sign up because the door was broken, instead of putting a sign on the door or where it would be visible.

I was never so disappointed in my life We pulled in there they shouldn't I'll tell you what we have to offer It's a sad day when your restaurant cannot keep stuff Especially as long as that restaurant's been there With the previous owners we never ever had any problems like that I'm just saying I'm really disappointed could we pull-down we didn't even order anything
Worst place ever! Why be open during breakfast hours and not sell breakfast! This is the worst Taco Bell in the US
Went there to dine in and with a whole line of workers ignored the fact that we needed to place our order with special directions due to food allergies and the fact we was paying with cash not card and the whole crew ignored us and carried on with their personal conversations and very inappropriate might i add never again will me and my family return to this establishment worst experience ever

The worst thing a fast food restaurant could do is automate their customer service and ordering system. It’s a terrible idea to not have someone working front counter. Meals are always wrong and you can stand at the counter for 10-15 minutes before you receive any help. If 0 stars were possible I’d choose that.
