Was at taco bell in keokuk iowa 12/26/25 sat in drive through for 10 minutes. Someone drove by yelling from their car the people in the drive through told us they wouldnt serve us if we didnt quiet down. Like who the hell do you think you are it wasn't even us yelling. We eventually had enough of the rude drive thru employees and left. We wont be returning

I wouldn’t even give a one star review honestly. Was in there trying to get food no one was taking orders. All the employees were mean mugging the whole time. As why I left without ordering a worker had let the other know “a car was backing outta the drive and one replied “as they should”. I had left because they were sooooo rude.

Was at this establishment 2 times in two weeks and it is awful!!!!! Soda machine was down,no one to take orders only the automated kiosk. If your food says it comes with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, rice, sour cream, you better double check because most likely you’re probably missing most of those. The workers are just not people persons!!! There is never a table clean & tables have carvings in them. They didn’t even have napkins to give out they had to give out napkins out of a dispenser from the back or the bathroom. The soda machine you had to give them the soda to refill and most of those weren’t even there. They only had a couple you could choose from. I had chips that came with my meal in both occasions that I showed up and all mine were crumpled look like the end of the bag. Nothing was what it was supposed to be, I had to ask for my cheese for them. Both occasions I had to ask for my sour cream that was supposed to come on my sandwiches.

I would love to give a zero star review! We just got done eating here. Customer service is an absolute nightmare! People that work here are so incredibly rude! So not only did we have to deal with utmost crappy customer service, but they didn’t even get the order right!

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and that's saying something. Order is always wrong, place is super dirty, and food is just ok. Cinnamon twists were literally poisonous do not eat those. This place sucks they really need to figure something out.

Placed a mobile order at 7:15. Got my order at 7:35. The only thing I ordered was a burrito , a taco and chips and cheese. I ordered my taco without pico because I am allergic to onions, guess what came on my taco?? Onions!! I couldn’t even eat it. And my chips were so cold.

I love Taco Bell but everytime I go they are out of something there was a day I went and all they had was tacos, I ask them not to put lettuce on my taco and they put lettuce anyways, and today for lunch there was a bug in my drink which had to be a medium because they had no large cups.
Place is completely disorganized and trashed not cleaned floors and tables are nasty

A lot of the time they run out of basic ingredients like chicken, beef or even tortillas. Sometines they get your order wrong too therefore I question management their ability with their job to order enough food

Went through the drive thru around 12:40 p.m., lunch time. Just wanted a cantina chicken burrito, got greeted with, we are out of beef and chicken, by lunch? Really? Who ever is doing the ordering needs to step up there game. Needless to say I did go to Arby's and get a good lunch.

I have held my tongue so much with this place I have never wrote a review for any place but this is my first. This place is terrible, and I love Taco Bell, everytime I go something is wrong. There was no sour cream on my chalupa and no cheese on my hard shell tacos. This is just one of many issues I have had every time I go there. The staff is rude and not helpful. I have had tacos with like no beef or literally no lettuce I have had a crunch wrap supreme with literally no meat. I’m going to be contacting corporate. This place needs shut down and new management. I’m not sure how this place is still going every single one of these reviews are bad.

If I could give less than a star I would. Went to get a bite about 10pm...started off they couldnt make tacos. Supposedly no ingredients. Ordered quesadillas, the guy at the window was more worried about talking to whoever was in the back than taking my payment. After watching their conversation for a few minutes they took my card, handed it back. A seperate person brought the food and didnt even look.out the window, had to catch my bag middair. Food was terrible. No sauce on the quesadilla. Terrible place with terrible employees. Night shift anyway
