I have never gone out of my way to review a fast food establishment until now. First off, our food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Some of the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had.

Secondly, the lunchtime staff, Antonio and his team, was the best service staff I have ever seen in a restaurant. We can in hot and sweaty after a job. They noticed I had the wrong lid size when they walked past my table, so Antonio came back the right lid size. He even offered to buy a coworker’s meal, who was on the diet, when he opted to not order. After we were finishing up, another staff member noticed I had the spiciest meal on the menu and came back with a medium vanilla frosty with no payment requested.I can’t explain how grateful I am for the service I received.

Our crew of 3 stopped by today for lunch and was greeted by Antonio. I never left a review for a fast food restaurant but this will be the first. Antonio was very jolly and even offered lunch to one of our crew members, noticing that one of us hadn’t ordered food. Throughout our dining time, Antonio paid attention to us and made sure we had everything that we needed. Wendy’s is lucky to have Antonio as a member of their team and we’re very happy with our visit here today.

The food is always good but you have to wait forever for them to take your order. You then have to wait forever for your food to come up and the order will be incomplete. Some people in your party will be finished eating while others are standing at the counter trying to get what they ordered which was missing.

Waited 15 mins for a mobile order. The food was cold when received. Food was just reheated when asked for fresh food. Also was served a moldy potatoes. Most the food tasted horrible. If you ask for fresh food they don't even give you fresh food at all and give an attitude. Definitely sharing my negative experiences with everyone I know. The whole staff needs fired all they do is stand around and flirt with each other instead of doing quality checks. Am pushing this up with corporate. Don't understand why people can't do their job and let personal issues succeed over their job..

Wendy’s is slow. It’s still good food not the best in town but not too darn bad really we don’t have any good places to eat in this town.

Went through drive thru to pick up a tripple bacon mushroom burger that I ordered with the app before leaving the downtown Casey's approximately fifteen minutes earlier. The girl at the drive through was very pleasant and asked me to pull ahead and she would bring it out when it was ready. It was fifteen minutes before she brought my sandwich. She appologized for the wait saying they had to wait for fresh meat. I dont know what that means because this was in the evening around 8:00 or so qnd nobody else came through during that time. I found that somewhat confusing and the amount of time this all took could have been addressed when I first got there since it was going to be an issue. The burger was so delicious that I cannot knock off more than one star because it really was worth every minute that I had to wait for it. And this young girl was very sweet and pleasant throughout.

I picked up a bowl of chili in the drive through. I got home and it's all juice, not one single bean, junk of hamburger nothing. Of course you won't and your phone. Great service!

They messed up our order & when I took it back, the evening manager argued with me. He agreed to remake our food, but I heard him complaining to his workers that it was right to begin with. Very rude customer service.

I had to wait 20 minutes or more for my food and then I was missing a kids meal. I told the worker that was outside and she told me she would go get it, and I watched her stand outside to vape and talk on her cell phone. I waited for another 10 minutes so I decided to walk in to see what was going on . She was at the front counter helping other costumers I told her I still needed my kids meal she told me she wasn’t sure how long it would be. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally got my food. By the time I got home my food was cold, fries tasted old and I ordered boneless wings and they were soggy and cold. Do not recommend Keokuk Wendy’s poor service and awful food.

Parking: About 5 spaces, maybe 6.... usually blocked off by the line of cars in the drive thru.

Enjoy times with the kids here!? Always clean and family oriented.

Parking: Front parking lot and back of restaurant by the trees, our favorite!

Kid-friendliness: The kid meals ?, the ?, and there always seem to be other children that our gr children know. The management is always ? ? on family dining.
