I ordered through the drive thru. Employees were friendly enough. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. Waited 5-10 min, but it did finally come out. I got home and opened food. My mom’s baked potato was hard like it had been warmed too long, barely any cheese and bacon on it. My grilled chicken wrap was all flour tortilla shell, you had to look for the interior. Halfway down the wrap was a small cup of diced chicken, a slight sprinkling of shredded cheese, and lettuce so sparce I almost didn’t see it. Barely anything inside the wrap!! The absolute worst baked potato and chicken wrap ever prepared! Shame on you Wendy’s for serving such inferior food.

This is the second time I have ordered from Wendy's and the order was wrong and cold. The only hot item was the chili out of 9 items. And the soda was so watered down you couldn't taste the soda. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on her sandwich which was supposed to be a ba on double stack with only ketchup and she got a classic chicken. I tried to call and the pho e rang 20 times no answer. Not even worth a single star. Place sucks.
