There are a few Casey's within a few miles of the Knoxville Speedway. All of them Have the great Casey's service, and great Casey's food. This one has fewer gas pumps, and they are a little hard to get in and out of, having to wait for other people to go to the bathroom, and get something to eat after they get gas, without moving their vehicle. That's not a knock on Casey's, just that they don't have many pumps.

Just checked out. Young kid at the register couldn't put his phone down long enough to greet me. Didn't ask if I had rewards. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. Didn't say thank you or have a nice day. Don't know his name as he wasn't wearing a name tag. Shame what the younger generations have become. Horrible experience.

This is a great store. They are always super nice and they are always asking if I need help finding anything. They also have the BEST PIZZA?. Not to mention all the baked goodies they have. You have to check them out.

Went into the store last week and while I was in the store there was an older bald gentleman in the kitchen who was coughing up a storm while Making pizzas. He didn’t change his gloves or wash his hands! And continued to make pizzas! It was disgusting. The kid at the register also was just sitting on his phone although there was obviously tons of things to be done. When i went up to the register it took him awhile to even notice that I was standing there. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure of the name of the very nice càhier lady. She went byond helpful service.... After each costumer she wiped counter down. The. When not bust she wiped in side and out door handles. I've never seen anyone actually take steps to actually fight against germ spread...Again awsome job girl. Thanks for great customer service.
