I have been to this establishment multiple times. Every single time they fail to complete order. Always missing something and by the time you get home to enjoy your meal you end up too upset to eat. Past irritated with the poor service after you over pay for a poor product.

We had a birthday party and it was great! The food was delicious and the girls gave great service! The best part...i forgot to get a cake and called the night before and spoke to Brenda the cake decorator and she took the time to make a special cake for our 4 year old! Thank you guys so much!!

After watching the person in front me of get their blizzard turned upside down, I received a sloppy mess. I gave the benefit of the doubt that I had to wait a little bit and just the top was a bit soupy. But as I continued, the entire blizzard was soupy, making me question if it was sitting there before I even ordered. Never again.

My daughter has a severe allergy to red dye and it’s been years since we have ordered her a birthday cake. We called and spoke with the cake decorator and she said that she could make her an ice cream cake and she’s never been able to have any color on anything she eats but blue, so we’ve either had a boring cake or pies for her birthday in the past. She has alot of colors that didn’t have red dye in them and she was able to make a BEAUTIFUL cake for my daughter! I cried when I seen her cake and I knew my daughter would love it, which she did! And when we all were eating it, all we heard from everyone was about how good it was! They guaranteed themselves our business from now on!! One of the BEST experiences so far and everyone was so nice when we were there both times. It was nice and clean inside the store and the customer service was top notch!! Thank you again, Miss Brenda for making my girl smile on her special day!!

The employees at the location were excellent. Fast and friendly service.

Just stopped and counter person was too busy talking to the kitchen help to wait on us. So, we left.

The attached photo is supposed to be a medium sized sundae costing almost $ 5. What is supposed to be the curly que on top doesn't even reach the top edge of the small cup.

the cashier was in a big hurry to take my order after I walked inside the ice cream I ordered had no brownies in it my wife's ice cream was fine

They're always so glad to serve you their fan food is worth the wait which is terrific. play place for the kids it's wonderful. Always seeing them cleaning the windows in there and spraying Lysol disinfectant spray up and down the play activity for children I was watching them do that while I was booking a birthday party for my grandson

Cheesecake was crunchy, didn’t have ketchup and didn’t flip my ice cream. Gross environment.
