We went through the drive thru on 7/19/25 and the person taking orders was very rude, after ordering for 5 we could hear them say Oh My God over the intercom. I would seriously consider not going there. And the person taking orders was the manager.

One of the best atmospheres to be in! The staff make this place. Their service is top shelf. They are super friendly, and have some of the best customer service! Everytime my family goes to dine in it's a very tranquil experience. The food is always fresh and delicious! If you are hungry, come here!

This is by far one of the cleanest fadt food places I've been to in a long time. Customer service is A++, food is A++, good music to listen in very clean dining room. Greated as I walked in and as I left. Exterior of building is very clean. Corporate Hardee's would be impressed! I highly recommend this location in knoxville Iowa.
