This is by far one of the cleanest fadt food places I've been to in a long time. Customer service is A++, food is A++, good music to listen in very clean dining room. Greated as I walked in and as I left. Exterior of building is very clean. Corporate Hardee's would be impressed! I highly recommend this location in knoxville Iowa.

$28 for 3 large roast sandwiches. Large they were, but who could eat, or even want to eat, a sandwich SOPPING WET to the point even the napkins they gave us were saturated!!! (If Arby's had ever served theirs like that, there would be NO Arby's.) So called management just shrugged her shoulders and says "there's nothing we can do but give you the same." WHAT SAY??? The Knoxville, Ia location would not cook bacon well done, said it was a corporate policy, however every other location will do it. Furthermore they did not tell me when I ordered or I would have ordered something else. They were also out of knives, Walmart was right next door! I had to try and cut my biscuit and gravy with a fork and spoon,not easily done. Also wasted food by giving 3 times the amount of hashrounds than they should have.
