Great customer service as is expected from HyVee. It's small town feel just adds to the experience.I especially love the team at the pharmacy. While we have struggled a few times in getting my son's prescription filled (at no fault of their own) the staff almost always remembers our family and they will bend over backwards to get the issue resolved ASAP.THAT isthe exceptional customer service that keeps me and my family coming back and referring friends to go as well!
So today I bought at least 2lbs of groud beef meat and I got ground beef was at least a week and half old. It felt slimy and im not going to feed this to my family.
Prices were higher because of the holiday and why do that to your customers...do you really need the profits when you are opening stores all over the country?
Great store, but extremely high prices. If you don't want to waste money, choose another store, this store is about quality, not savings.
I bought a 6lbs pork shoulder that I wanted the meat department to cut in half. They didn't know how. Then stood in line for 20 minutes to check out. Might not go back.
This is a cute little store. It will be our go-to place when we need a few small things. We are new to the area and so far love everything about the Knoxville, Pella and Bussey area.
Got told by a assistant manager or manager older guy that he was to busy to check me out and apparently there isn't anyone else in the store to help so use the self check out the whole point of stores like hyvee and fare lay is to keep customer interactions alive so no hyvee I will not self check out especially when your cost more than walmart
My three star is only because they need more help the poor girl that was working the front had to run a register, run the self checkout, and the service desk. Completely rediculous!
Love the store it has a big open feel. We are new to this area. Employees are always nice and helpful. I have used Hy Vee Pharmacy for close 20 years and have always been satisfied by the service and prices. However the system for the pharmacy drive thru is a slow process and it takes a long time to pick up a prescription that is ready for pick up. It’s NOT the employees that I’m referring to. I really hope the pharmacy drive thru could get an upgrade!
They didn't have the exact design for my daughter's birthday cupcakes. They listened , asked questioned and designed the cupcakes by hand just the way we wanted. They were very nice, great customer service.

Take recalled items off of shelf. I got to check out with product and clerk days age couldn't sell it to us because it's been recalled. Take it off the shelf.
Was great and the service was friendly
This is the 2nd Thursday that we could not eat the meat because it was dry. First the ribs and tonight the chops. I sent a message last week and received no response. I do not know if you have new people smoking the meat but you need to figure it out or the Thursday night dinners will go back to where they were. I really like my local Hy-Vee and hope you can get this turned around.
