Having multiple appointments at the VA clinic in Knoxville gives us many opportunities to eat at Mannys. What a gem. My husband loves their biscuits and gravy and I am definitely an omelet and hashbrowns fan. Cindy is a friendly, efficient server. The breakfast menu being offered all day is a huge incentive for dining here. We will be returning to try the hot beef sandwich and chicken. We love the small town homestyle ambiance. Thanks, Mannys

We like "Old time Diners" and Manny's has that feel. It's not a beautiful place if that's what you are looking for but the food has always been good, the waiting staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and the diner pulls an older and Veteran crowd which we can associate with. My fellow old timers look forward to getting together for breakfast and will always be somewhat regulars as long as they keep doing what they do.

We randomly stopped here while traveling through Iowa and we're glad we did this instead of Waffle House. The food is basic, but with generous portions. I think that our waitress was a little overloaded, as she was the only one running the front at the time.They have little coloring pages to keep the kids occupied, so if you have kids, look for that.
