I go about once a week. lately have gone more because have to leave for a realtor to show house. So I have several surveys that I've done. I go through drive through and park next door and watch traffic. Today 10/21/25 at 2:19 (Is what receipt says) I got my 2 sandwiches and I get a strawberry shake no whip. I've told the survey several times the malts are kind of soupy but today took a drink and a weird taste and I looked and the cup had about 1/4 choc in bottom, I hope it was choc, And they put the strawberry on top. It was awful had a weird taste, so I didn't drink it. I was going to go in but had a car appt. I'm putting this in my survey today t corp. If you accidently put choc in, get another cup. I don't normally have a lot of trouble. Most of the drive through people know me. I also didn't want to go in or call because I'm not looking for a freebee, I come from restaurant background and am not that person. I just want the employee to know when you do that kind of stuff you, somebody will probably call in. Also needs extra training on cross contamination. And how somebody with alergies could have got real sick

night manager is very rude to customers and employees, she’s always screaming at her employees and doesn’t have any manners for customers. girl if you’re miserable, quit.

Got $30 worth of food forgot to ask for sauce. Asked for some sauce from a kid working and manager came up and told me no I didn’t order any nuggets then I said ok can I have one or something? She said no I have to pay(no big deal I’ll deal with it) and she walked away acting like I was all mad at her saying things I couldn’t make out. Definitely not the first time I’ve heard of there being problems like that. Kinda sad honestly. Hopefully they do better. Again not worried about the sauce but the attitude wasn’t necessary.

Terrible customer service, manager is rude and not helpful with employee, pos went down during our order and refused to help , waited 15-20 minutes until I literally asked for help, she was hateful con descending, I did tell her off for making us wait and treating her employee Terrible.

Very poor service. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Paid cash for my order and was told to pull over into a parking spot and they would bring my food out. I waited for several minutes seeing people go through the drive through after me getting their food. Waited for a few more minutes and saw a worker bring out some food. I waived the person over and asked if that was my food. She said no that they were working on it. I waited a little longer and finally went inside to request my money back. I was told that they didn't have any cash and that they would have to put it on my banking card. What a joke !!! Complete lie about not having cash and they still didn't have my order ready. Needless to say they have lost my business. Had called and spoke with manager who refused to give me her name and hung up on me.

Placed a mobile order. After 25 minutes and watching everyone around me that arrived after me get their food I went inside to see where mine was. They had it bagged but forgot to bring it out. So they handed me a bag with cold food and no offer to remake it or any discount. Will never go here again. Poorly managed place. Go across the street to Hardees

Try doing the survey didn't let me.
IT took about thirty minutes to get the food and order to shake That was a malt . All the supervisor manager could say is that's how they come out I beg a difference and that's not how the vanilla shakes are supposed to come out. FROM the was dirty when they took garbage out. They ended up cutting one of the bags open that have liquid in it and dripped all over the floor in front of the main door that you walk in and out of disgusting. Hopefully, Pella Iowa can hurry up and clean up from there.Little mistake and be back in business sooner. Cause knoxville I was mcdonald's sucks.
