Ordered a full rack of ribs for me and the miss-iz.
The amount you get at the price the have is astonishing.
The ribs themselves were decent, not the best I've ever had here. Seemed like they were overcooked which was weird considering it was right at lunch time.
The potato salad was a little bland and definitely missing something.
The cheesy potatoes were excellent and was definitely the highlight of the meal.
As the cornbread was crap, and tasted very doughy.
I was really looking forward to eating here, as it's been a while since I have visited Knoxville, but this was a huge let down compared to recent times in the past.
Gonna take a real inkling forbsome BBQ, and only if I'm starving and in Knoxville to get ke to come back.

Great, my only complaint is how small the sides are, they come in like 2 oz thimble styrofoam cups. Like 2 bites of food about

The Rib Shack was a complete disappointment. The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was dry and flavorless. We tried chicken, brisket, and pork, and none of them impressed us. The sides were equally disappointing—macaroni and cheese, cheesy potatoes, and fried pickles. The atmosphere was stale, and it was obvious that everyone sitting had the same crappy service. I was irritated to pay for such rude service and then sad because the food wasn’t even good. The fries and BBQ sauce were okay, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were free.

I grabbed the Rib Shack's specialty sandwich with brisket, pulled pork, cole slaw, bbq sauce, and had some mac and cheese and beans.
The meat was juicy and tasty. The slaw had the right amount of sweet snd tang. The mac and cheese, was spot on. The beans, thick and delicious.

A small shop with Big flavor.

The service was fast and friendly at a fair price.

Went for the first time today and it was so good! I ordered the brisket sandwich with a side of cheesy potatoes! The spicy sauce that sits on the table was phenomenal! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They made a minor mistake with my order, they were swamped at the time of our order. When I came back to get my order corrected they went above and beyond to correct the mistake! Great customer service!

Ordered a pound of brisket and almost a third of the weight was uneatable fat. (5 oz) I feel stolen from and definitely not a value at the $17 I paid.
