Dietary restrictions: They have different milk options, and the egg bites are good for my grain-free diet.

I used to go at least 3 times a week now I only go a few times a year. I always get the same thing and they can never get it right. To the point my drink is un drinkable.
Always fast and friendly service

I have been charged 4 different prices for a large drink the last 4 times. onvist it was 6.69, then, 6.79, then 6.90 and now 6.69 again. How in the world is this happening? I am daily customer and I asked the employee what was going on and she just shrugged her shoulders.

I've been here a number of times, and have tried a variety of different things. My daughter absolutely loves their cookies, and they are good, but they're far too overpriced. They've got a drink that contains Red Bull, which is by far my favorite drink. Sadly, it's a coffee place though.. and, although I love coffee, unfortunately I just don't see what the excitement is about. A number of times they've made mistakes with our order. There's no "inside", it's a drive through facility only. So, when they mess up the order, you've either got to take it anyway, or get back in line again. Who has the time or desire to wait in a long line again? They definitely need a better process, especially considering the number of mistakes we alone have had. That being said, the drinks are tasty. Again, overpriced though. I mentioned the Red Bull drink, but I didn't mention it comes in a variety of flavors. All have been good. As far as coffee goes, they have an enormous array to choose from be it hot, co3ld or blended. I definitely prefer their blended drinks, but hot comes in a close 2nd, (of the coffee choices). They offer several milk choices, or like milk choices, such as oat milk, whole, skim, etc. They do charge a premium depending on what milk choice you choose. They're up charging $1 last I knew for whole milk, as an example.Where I live, (small town Midwest) this is the only coffee place like this that we have. We do have a local coffee spot, run by local people. They make their own versions of the same popular choices, also charge an arm and leg for it, and it's comparable in flavor and size. They do also have a place to come inside to order and enjoy your selection. If there's anything else you need, or if they make any mistakes, it's easy to get it corrected.
Dietary restrictions: Variety of different milks, there's something for everyone. Whether you want to get hot, iced or blended. With or without whipped cream, low or no fat, low or no ice, etc.
Parking: Parking doesn't really apply, because it's a drive through place. However, it's necessary to have a few for both employees and for when they screw up the order and you don't want to have to take it as is. However, as far as I'm aware anyway, there aren't any specific to them, you'd have to use a neighboring business. Even then, there's no where to enter for customers. We've always either got back in line if not too long, and if the mistake is that bad. Otherwise, we just take it as they made it, even though it's not what we wanted nor what we ordered.
Kid-friendliness: There's not much to this, other than the fact that they have cookies etc
Wheelchair accessibility: Again, it's a drive through facility, however there's absolutely no way that a person who is dependent on a wheelchair would be able to work there. It's far too small and crowded inside, between the staff, the products and the machinery.
