I just have to shout out to our Subway store. There were signs that they had been very busy for hours. They greeted with a smile. They worked efficiently building our sandwiches as a team, and I quite frankly had the best Subway Club ever. Apparently there are reasons they are so busy.
This subway has not been very good recently when it comes to service. Me and my friend have ordered food from here at least once every few weeks and almost every time our food is out late or not even found. Would not recommend this place

I was just in at my local subway (knoxville iowa) after waiting in line for 30 plus minutes do to the slow service and the peer lazy ness of most employed as I was waiting an employee comes in raising his voice about being late. most of the employees were not wanting to work at a high pace when I get to the counter to let them know my order is not yet made that I placed a way before coming to the store I'm very unhappy with the service at this point then they proceeded to tell me that they can't find my ticket and I have to pay again now they are telling me that I need to pay again for my order that I was already charged for then when I let them know and they won't let me use my coupons and I told them I was charged twice being very respectful and nice and they started raising their voice saying that it's not their problem and I need to talk corporate who also declined my calls multiple times the service is horrible and so are most of the staff thanks to those who actually showed up and did their jobs but to subway do better not very happy what's so ever.

I ordered my food on the mobile order and got my email and it took money out of my account, when I got to the store they said they didn't have my order after I sat there for a while. then as I was trying to get help to get my money back I was practically ignored. Then I went to buy it over again and they took forever to make my food (not the first time) so then I was late to class yet again. when I got to the cash register they couldn't figure out how to work coupons. the previous time I was there and ordered online then they took so long I was sitting there for a hour just to find out they lost my ticket so I ended up late again by 45 mins. if your gonna order I would suggest buying 30 mins prior or you'll will most likely be late due to them not being trained well. will not be given them anymore business.

Short dark haired girl skipped over me didn't cut my sandwich put something that touched the trash on my sandwich. Usually have decent service but i have never been more let down than by this

Stop hiring kids that don't want to work. The older gentleman was great. He was very professional. The two teenagers sat around watching him work. He asked them to help out. They dumped at least a gallon of mayo on both sandwiches. Just poor service. Do

We don’t ever leave reviews but Husband and I went out to the subway today dinner. A guy named Mark made our sandwich’s. He did amazing making our order. His communication skills are some of the best I’ve seen he was funny, kind yet very professional. Definitely should recognize good employees like mark.
