Such nice people, good food. We loved the small place, not hurried, no huge lines. Just dropped in and had a decent meal, no giant fanfare, no messing around. Just homegrown eats. The good stuff.
Mel's is an awesome place that is like walking into a Saloon in an old western! (very good thing for me) The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent! Thanks Mel and staff for helping to make a great day!
Out for drive to see color of fall. Hungry, and found this location online. Wasn't busy, able to sit down inside by ourselves due to late afternoon stop. Good pork tenderloin sandwich, hot and juicy. Had chili fries w/pulled pork...very interesting combo, meat very tender!! Nice interior, clean bathroom. Check it out when you are in the area!!
