Amazing place and the best doughnuts I have found in Iowa and when ever I’m in town I make sure to stop by and get some when I can. It’s one of those one in a million gems that you will have fond memories of for years to come
My favorite doughnuts in Cedar Valley! When ever we get the urge for a doughnut, Rockets is the place to go. We dont visit this location anymore since there is one in Waterloo no on 4th street, and it's much closer to home for us. But if in La Porte City, and you want something delicious and sweet, I recommend stopping here!
Best locally owned bakery in Black Hawk Co. I loved Johnson's Bakery, but in all honesty Rockets is better. I love the glazed donuts and especially the peanut butter twists. They have really creative and delicious long johns too!
