Hadn't been to the Sale Barn Cafe in 30 years. Just driving by and had to stop. Daily special was cheeseburger macaroni with mashed potatoes and gravy and whole corn with another side, I had pickled beets. It must have weighed 4 pounds. Best thing though was the homemade dinner roll.

Nice little local Cafe serving breakfast and lunch. Really good food and large portions.
Have been many times and every time something is wrong with my food, it’s either undercooked ( and they don’t care) or the service is awful. Today ordered cheese curds and they were raw, cheese was not even close to melted .. I politely asked if they could cook them longer, the waitress was very rude. She was so rude, i was more than polite, even after her nastiness, I finally just asked for my money back. She snatched the plate from my hands and said they never cook them till the cheese is melted … wow just wow.. the sale barn itself is amazing, don’t judge them based on the restaurant ( owned and ran by separate entities ) just watch out if you ever order food

We were there on sale day. The restaurant was busy with locals and some there for the class reunions taking place that weekend. My friend and I had the tenderloin sandwiches that were so good. We could have split one with fries and it would have been plenty. I ordered pie alamode and received three scoops of ice cream The food was very good.
