This was a horrible experience and I wish I could rate it a 0. The guy said the toaster didn't work, but I think he just didn't want to do the work. I was with a group of 6 and someone in our group asked for a foot long cookie. He said they didn't have any, but then his coworker asked about bringing them to the front. You could tell by the look on his face he had been caught. The bread was falling apart and he blew me off when I said something about it. You had to eat your sandwich with a fork it was so bad. A couple people in my group said the wrong thing and instead of his asking what they wanted, he just stared at them like they were morons. I do not plan to return to this location, it was that bad!

It's been over a month now. This subway never makes any of the soups. Every time we ask for any. They don't have them. It's ridiculous that a bag of soup can't be put in hot water. Over a month now. Take it off your menu.

I would rate the place a zero if I could. toaster does not work no straws no napkins had to get paper towels from the bathroom. The bread look more like flatbread it was so soggy and cold and looked undercooked and raw even after putting it in the “toaster” even though you heard it go off. It seems like no one really cares or has a clue as to what they are doing here. Also way too overpriced payed almost 20 just for 1 foot long. All because he was clueless to the sandwich we even got and put the wrong one down that’s more expensive.

I have been to this Subway 4 times since moving here. I personally don't know how they are still in business. It doesn't matter the day or time they are always out of food. Maybe whoever is doing the ordering should try and up the food you are out of. I personally will not give this subway another try. Steak seems to be the top of the list of what they never have. Looking through reviews from 2+ years ago its still the same.

Bathroom out of toilet paper and paper towels. Went to order a 6” and they gave me a 12”. They have a steel frame up so you can’t see what they are doing until you get to the veggies so I didn’t know. They had to go to back several times to restock the ingredients on my sandwich. They were visiting with each other the whole time so I had to repeat myself for every question (what type, what cheese, toasted, etc). They were out of straws for the pop and he did warn me. But…went to get pop and every single pop choice is out except coke and Diet Coke. I asked about this and he said if you don’t want that you can pick a 20 oz out of the fridge. There was only coke in the fridge… Dining area needed a sweeping like crazy. Definitely never coming back.
