Just dont even bother stopping here. They are ALWAYS out of half of everything. Place inside looks disgusting– no idea how they pass inspection. Sandwiches dont even taste good no matter what you order. This plqce has to be the worst Subway ever. Toaster doesnt even toast. Its pathetic. Keep driving the 30 min untill you hit exit 92 in Bethany, MO— theyre subway is amazing!

I dont like to leave this kind of review. The store is out of all drinks and over half of the fountain drinks. Didnt have provolone cheese or rotisserie chicken...the sandwich looked like stuff just thrown in there and the sauces were put on the bread before the ingredients. Just not the normal subway experience I am used to.

This was a horrible experience and I wish I could rate it a 0. The guy said the toaster didn't work, but I think he just didn't want to do the work. I was with a group of 6 and someone in our group asked for a foot long cookie. He said they didn't have any, but then his coworker asked about bringing them to the front. You could tell by the look on his face he had been caught. The bread was falling apart and he blew me off when I said something about it. You had to eat your sandwich with a fork it was so bad. A couple people in my group said the wrong thing and instead of his asking what they wanted, he just stared at them like they were morons. I do not plan to return to this location, it was that bad!

It's been over a month now. This subway never makes any of the soups. Every time we ask for any. They don't have them. It's ridiculous that a bag of soup can't be put in hot water. Over a month now. Take it off your menu.

I would rate the place a zero if I could. toaster does not work no straws no napkins had to get paper towels from the bathroom. The bread look more like flatbread it was so soggy and cold and looked undercooked and raw even after putting it in the “toaster” even though you heard it go off. It seems like no one really cares or has a clue as to what they are doing here. Also way too overpriced payed almost 20 just for 1 foot long. All because he was clueless to the sandwich we even got and put the wrong one down that’s more expensive.

Worst subway I have ever been in. No bathroom water, women’s bathroom no water in toilet no toilet paper no lights working, men’s bathroom toilet’s wouldn’t flush. Only 2 drink options. Ended up throwing sandwiches away food was terrible, tomatoes were awful and raw. Workers were terribly rude, would give them zero stars. Wrapping was awful!
