During our visit to Le Claire, Iowa we stumbled upon 129 Coffee and Wine Bar while strolling along the street. We were looking for a spot where we could sit outside and enjoy views of the Mississippi River, and this quaint little bar fit the bill perfectly. The outdoor deck, which faces the river, offers stunning views—especially if you're lucky enough to catch a river cruise ship passing by. However, with only about four tables available outside, seating can be limited...
This is my husband and I’s go to place. I would give more stars if I could. It is so welcoming and feels like you are going to hang out at a good friend’s home. HIGHLY recommend.
This is hands down the friendliest place in town. Mask free. Great cocktails! Great atmosphere. I would recommend everyone stop here and enjoy a drink!!!! We will definitely be back.
