Tried this place for lunch since we are from out of town and had never heard of one. The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal! I unfortunately didn't get here name, but the woman who was working the counter had great customer service. She was working 9/12/25 around 1pm. She took the time to talk to us and see where we are from. The view of the river was also a really incredible backdrop as we ate.

Service was good, the kids working were professional and polite…but Hungry Hobo has scaled WAY back on their meat portions. Paid 10$ for a bread sandwich with 2 paper thin slices of turkey, pretty disappointing. Seems to be a common theme with all the Hungry Hobo stores. Unfortunately I think we are gonna avoid the Hobo for a while.

28 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich. Worst one I've ever had at HH. Done with that and still waiting on my cheddar fry. 10 minutes since sandwich was delivered. Won't be back.
Update: never got cheddar fry. Went up and asked for refund as I watched them deliver some to a couple that just got there but I was waiting for 40 minutes. They gave zero apologies.

Rubbery Roast Beef. Grossed out. Enchilada soup was excellent. I think their meat product could improve. Other than bad beef it could be 5 stars.

Stopped to grab 2 #11s, I was the only one in line, it was slow, I put in order to go. Sat down. A family of 3 came in and ordered, around 10 mins later they had there order! I asked after 10 or more mins, why they served that family before me. The answer I got was there was a call in order they were working on. That was bull**** you never make a paying customer wait while you wait on others that came after me! RESPECT, that's what these kids and there older Mgr./Frie Cook don't have. Have been eating at Hobo for 47 yrs. Will never step foot in a hobo again!!! Train your people to have respect and orders in order!!!! BY bye bye now!
