The food was on point and exactly what I was looking for. There are no issues with the food. The service left a lot to be desired, and the team member taking my order was incredibly rude. It's not the best way to start the day.
After traveling all day from Arizona a bite was needed before getting home as the cupboards were bare. McD's is what it is. Once every couple of years won't hurt me.

If you like McDonald's food then this is a good one. The staff is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is kept clean, and the food is hot and well prepared. I really like the fact that you can now customize the type and the quantities of the condiments on a McDonald's sandwich (in person and using the app)-- and most options (like mayo) are at no extra cost. I recently tried something I read about online. I got the double cheeseburger (in fact I got buy one get one using the app) and asked for big mac sauce instead of catsup and mustard ( that option is not on the app). It was no problem to get it that way and at no extra cost. Without the extra bread slice and lettuce of a true big mac it really made it the perfect sandwich for me and I'll definitely be eating there more often.

Just ate here at about 7:30 pm on Sat the 14th 2023. Ordered just chicken nuggets and fries. On top of being super slow the food was aweful! My assumption is the oil they used to cook the food is old and dirty... Still trying to get the after taste out of my mouth! Super dissapointing.

I went through the drive thru of this McDonald's a couple of weeks ago. I pulled up and a young man asked what could he get for me this evening. I honestly wasn't sure because I'm tired of the same stuff. While I was looking at the menu I told the young man to give me a sec. I asked how his evening was going, he replied it was going great. I responded with that's fabulous. I then asked him what he recommended as I seen a couple of new items on the board. All of a sudden some guy got on the intercom and said "you can either order something right now or get out of my drive thru". I was in total shock!!! If one of my employees ever treated one of our customers this way, he would not have a job tomorrow. I said "all I was asking is if the young man has any recommendations". No response. So I ordered online really quick and said ok I have a code, it is.... Still nothing....I asked if he got the code... Nothing.... I said "ok, I gave you my code I'm pulling around to the window now"..... Still no response. I said"thank you " and I pulled forward to pick up my food. I thanked the young man at the window and I drove off in total shock. It made me upset because all I did was ask for a recommendation and I get told to order or get out of "his" drive thru. I pulled away into a spot to make sure my order was correct. There were 9 chicken nuggets instead of ten, my daughters Big Mack was in the bag sideways.... What a mess.... This visit was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I feel sorry for any customers that have had to deal with this so called manager Garrett since and his coworkers. He's definitely in the wrong field of work, he is absolutely horrible at customer service and I hope something is done about him. I have not been back there since and have no plans to!!!!

Old woman couldn't even fill our sodas. McDonald's do our younger generations a favor and stop hiring people who can barely work and have social security benefits anyway. We have enough antiques here in leclaire!

What an excellent McDonald's with reasonable pricing and great service. We tend to visit a McDonald's or 2 whenever we travel and this was one of the very best we've been to. The pricing was much less than those in Nebraska. For a family of 5 who all got combo meals, we spent under $45. In Nebraska we would have spent around $60. It was busy when we arrived, but we were able to order our food relatively quickly and by the time I had gone to fill up my drink and come back to the table, the food was arriving via delivery. Normally, we just hear a number called and we go get it, but not here. They bring the food to you. They got all of our little tweaks to the food correct and everyone enjoyed their food. We were so happy with the prices that we didn't leave without a flurry for everyone !
