Great experience, food was great and the one man show bartender,waiter and cook Kyle was the best!

Wanted some local food while shopping in Leclaire and walked down to Riverview Roadhouse. Never having been there we weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves or wait so we tried to get attention of bartender. Granted she was cooking and bartending so we patiently stood by until she had time to greet us. After five minutes, she looked our way but never greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. It wasn’t that busy and we got the impression we weren’t welcome so we left and walked back to the main shopping area where we found Los Amigos to have very receptive hosts, excellent food and river views on deck seating.

The food was great. Very small menu. Parking lit is pretty steep. The floor on the upper level is a little wanky.

Parking: If you have a stick shift, I would park on the street somewhere, not in the parking lot.

Fun little dive bar with great food and staff. A melting pot crowd with both young and old patrons. Awesome back deck with views of the Mississippi. The only con is the crazy steep parking lot ?.

This is nothing but an old time dive neighborhood bar.... and did I ever feel like I just stepped into Cheers!! The good was great, the drinks strong and cheap and the people all warm and fun!! Had a great time... especially every time a train went by!

We were tourists last weekend looking for a meal while enjoying a riverview. We sat out on the deck and the view was excellent. The service was very slow. It was about 40 minutes before our food order was taken by the waitress who was wearing a tee shirt that said "I pee in pools." Not exactly appetizing. The food was just okay. It was bar fare, nothing special. Will not return if we ever pass thru or visit again.

We went to have a few beers and a burger. After waiting for almost an hour and no food. We asked how long it would be, and we were told it would be another 15 minutes. The food hadn't even been started yet!!! We cancelled our food order and went to another restaurant. So disappointing!

First time visit based upon a recommendation for the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, very proper cheesesteak by the way and delicious too. The interior of this bar and grill is as I would have imagined it to be. The service is excellent. I wished they had a proper patio that could be used for dining for as they have a great view of the river. The only drawback we experienced was some of the clientele that came in after us. They did not make for a pleasant experience but that's not on the establishment. I would return again.
