Had to wait awhile for the order then when I got home was missing a roast beef sandwich.

Apparently a plain biscuit cost $3. The food is not the freshest. Beverly seems like it might be their first year working there.
Didn't have food on the menu that I ordered. Was going to be a 2 hour wait. Also Didn't get the fries I ordered. What I got instead tasted horrible. Don't come here at 10:30 in the evening. Staff should know if they have the food or not!!!!!!

Ordered bacon and Swiss on croissant. Received sausage and Swiss on croissant. Took it back in and had them fix it. Bacon was like rubber and so greasey, the croissant was soggy.

I pay an arm and a leg for food from there and you ruin my order completely gave me a sandwich that I didn’t even order!!! Hire people who aren’t lazy and actually do there job and make the right food🤬🙄
No proper greeting! I spoke to the cashier 1st. Ordered the #5 med with the chicken fried fresh. Received my order promptly. I said it’s drop fresh that fast. The manager stated it was just pulled up. Needless to say it wasn’t?The fries was all

Ordered wagyu burger and it came raw.. Called in to tell them and they argued with me that the burger was supposed to be pink. This wasn't pink, it was red and raw. Very argumentative, but replaced my burger.

Thought I’d try the new cheese steak Sandwiches, my husband and I took one bite of the sandwich which was very very far from the sandwich in the commercial. Both sandwiches looked as if they were ready to hit the trash can and after one bite they did.What happened to taking pride in your work?Were very disappointed.

Need to find employees not so rude and on drugs . Every time I frequent here their outside smoking or my order is wrong and they are very rude about it . Over night staff need a reality check . I pay for a large drink and get a small cup. Paid $8 for a sandwich I didn’t ask for and very rude and unwilling to fix the problem. Corporate or the owner must be ok with this behavior.

You have to ask for a recipient or they don't give you one. Today I didn't ask and we got a steakhouse burger instead of a Deluxe beef & cheddar. TO THE OWNER; I tried to reach out on that website you sent but there is nothing there.
