I love the food but I can never get my requests right. I always ask for extra spice on the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they never add it. I never get my points at all I only got the first orders points and only have 163 and I should be having 800+. I always tell them about it and it never gets fixed. Today I came into the drive through 11-15 12:30pmish and no one was answering in the drive through. I don’t get my drink and no spice was added to my food. I never got my drink. I was given “hot sauce” but it was sweet 🤢 I really don’t want to stop coming but nothing ever gets fixed

When we walked in, Christian Rock music was playing so loudly that we would have had to yell our order, and he probably still couldn't hear us. He turned it down, but it was still too loud to have a conversation at our table. The food was brought out to us. We were the only customers in the restaurant. My husband's burger was good. My chicken wrap was room temperature. The fries were good and hot.

This was my first time in a Hardee's, anywhere. We were the only customers inside, We saw our food sat for probably 4 minutes before the one fella at the counter put it in the tray.
We like Hardee’s food but today was a disappointment. Food was cold, over 1/2 of the food choices were out. Restaurant was dirty. But then again, when only two people are working, they can only do so much.

I have to give them 5 stars because I asked them for a Carl's Jr item that Hardees doesn't sell. They had no idea what I was asking for, I showed them a picture and they nailed it! I really appreciated the effort they put in.

(redo of an old review because Google won't let me review twice) Went through the drive-thru and kept getting interrupted when I was trying to order. Worst part was whenever she interrupted me with a question, I was JUST about to tell her the answer to that question.
Food seemed like it was just thrown into the bag, hot ham and cheese was wrapped so that the top bun was soaked with the juice/melted cheese. At least the fries were warm?

Says the lobby is closed due to maintenance, so I try the drive thru and it's radio silent... Crickets. Says it's Open according to their hours of business posted on the drive thru window. What a joke SMH.
