Mcdonalds is quicker and most of you're food is uncooked. What happened to freaky fast the last dozen times I've ordered it's been up to a 30 minute wait with no other cars in the drive thru it's sad.

Place a order on the app for scheduled delivery one hour ahead of time, waited about 20 min pass the schedule time, call them to see what happened and they just cancelled my order.

I have ordered the 8 inch roast beef under favorites many times before its supposed to be double meat, I have always received a good sub with double meat, this time I ordered a 16 inch and received a sub with barely any roast beef on it!! I called and talked to the manager and she did nothing about it, why spend the money for a 16 inch that has barely any meat on it when all you get for the cost is 8 more inches of bread. I'm very very disappointed with the sandwich and manager and will never order from Jimmy johns again!
I love Jimmy John’s in Le Mars. I go during lunch or after work with my kids and there is great costumer service: we are always greeted with smiles!Whenever I want something quick that isn’t greasy fast food, I head to Jimmy John’s. My only complaint is that when I order a number 12 with Xtra Hot Peppers, it’s never enough ?! Thank you Jimmy John’s for providing good service and even better food!

Their delivery service is wonderful and our subs arrive on time and perfect. We have never ever had any issues with our orders at all. They are accommodating, friendly, and professional. The subs are always fresh and their sides are fantastic. I highly recommend sub lovers to order from this place. They got Subway beat by far on every aspect.
