Mc should cancel their app curbside pick up they don’t deliver Bcz people work inside cancel by them curbside pick up and end up going inside to pick up
They never take customers in the morning drive thru, they ignore till we drive off. I waited forever till they had to take my order then they said they didn’t have hot coffee, and they only take cash??? So I ended up getting super deluded iced “coffee”

It's a McDonald's. Nothing more really needs to be said. We enjoyed the skeleton manning one of the registers.

Don't support food " corporations" with "feduciary responsibilities" to stock holders. That leads to artificial ingredients and the cheapest possible food you can get your hands on while you're paying full price.

Tried using their McDonald's app. I placed my order and when I arrived at McDonald's I was told to put my curbside number in. The app sat and loaded forever until I went inside and said I already payed but the app won't load. The manager (I'm guessing) then came over and said I have no clue what to do and that she doesn't know how to refund that purchase and to just redo it. She was no help and other employees were yelling. That App might be the worst thing ever

Did mobile order sat in my spot for 30 mins then I and the woman in the car next to me went indoors where we were ignored so I called them while in the lobby, they said my food was being bagged and another 10 mins later i finally recieved it without the big breakfast that I had to point out to them, then to top it off none of the food was hot or fresh!

Employee blocked the main entrance with a ladder... More than one customer had to squeeze through the door .... Cashier was rude to an elderly woman... Had to wait a long time for food to be ready and then the same cashier rudely handed me the food... She or any worker never greeted any customers or even cracked a smile.... Now I know people have bad days but this has been consistent with each visit

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I could have gone to a store bought the stuff and went home and made it in less time than it took to get our order.
every drive thru experience has turned into a 35 minute nightmare where you get stuck at a standstill for at least 10 minutes then watch 5 cars get there order taken in lane 1 while listening to clicking noises on the speaker in lane 2 for the next 10 minutes. Feel sorry for people on their lunch breaks that have to experience this
Horrible service and insanely slow. Be prepared to wait 20 or more minutes for your below average food and don’t expect the staff to be polite because that won’t happen either
