I would give negative stars if possible. Burger was raw and saturated with grease, returned it to the guy behind the counter and he walked away and didn't do anything about it. Wow has Mc Donald's gone down hill fast. Will be going to Dairy Queen from now on since Mc Donald's is a freaking joke. Guy running till can't count money or give right change back. Horrible place, would highly recommend that people dine elsewhere.

Went through drive through this morning and ordered 2 big breakfast and hot cakes no syrup forks nothing in bag and they gave steak and onions instead of sausage I did not ask for it to be substituted. This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks we dont get what we asked for. We had to go put of town so kids were going to eat in car and were unable to until I stopped and bought syrup and forks napkins.

Sat in the drive thru and watched 4 other vehicles go through the other drive through line and I kept getting told to hold on. I ended up driving up to the first window to give them the App Code. Then the kid aggressively whipped the bag out the window. Pretty pathetic.

I ordered a quarter pounder for the monopoly piece and I get it and it does not have it.... its on the menu to have a piece.. not only that when I got to th window to get my food the gal practically threw they stuff at me and slammed the window? No thank you? I thanked her, but unfortunately she was extremely rude to me. Please dont advertise that you are doing something and use old boxes with out the stuff your advertising... teach your peeps to thank you guests as well i could of easily took my hard earned money else where.

Absolutely abhorrent behavior! Im a dasher and was picking up an order. The woman comes up to me and says yeah someone else stole it. Umm ok, are you going to remake it? She says no, not until she knows whether doordash will reimburse her and wants to know if there's something I can do. Looked through the options on my end and all I can do is assign the order and not get paid. She said she went in on her end and canceled the order. The customer, a high-school student on lunch break, calls and asks (very sweetly) what's taking so long. I explain everything to her and am trying to get it worked out with the store. I call doordash support and waiting and waiting on hold so finally I tell the woman to remake the order. She cuts me off before I can say I will pay for it so I tell her again, more firmly to remake it and I will pay for it out of my own pocket. She says we'll I don't remember what the order was and rolls her eyes. Irritated I tell her this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, it's not the customers fault that someone (a different dasher or customer who knows?)

Went through the drive through and ordered sat there and waited and after 3 min they asked if they could take my order. I ordered again after that it was fine.
So sad how rude the girl that was taking the order at the drive-through was to us. She seemed like little Miss attitude. She looks like she was a high school kid who was not trained properly Or maybe she just didn’t care. I rather drive all the way to Sioux City to get a cheeseburger from McDonald’s versus go here ever again

Literally sat at the drive thru for 20 mins watched 10 cars go infront of me and no one tries taking my order from a line that was just taking orders in the drive thru. People are on break.

I have not seen a place so dirty before no clean tables food all over the floor. Was ordering and the so called manger was taken my order and just stood there looking at me I then asked him if he was ready to take my order and still just stood there. Gave my order never said a word. When my order was ready just put it on the shelf. Wanted some salt and pepper so stood there when he and another employee stood there staring at me talking not working. I would encourage everyone to avoid or boycott LeMars McDonald and if owner will pay more attention when revenue starts to drop.

This is a medium and a large. No... they didn't fall out into the bag.... they didn't exist.
So sad. It happens all the time but i don't complain. From now on, I will include pictures every single time.. should get a couple a week.

Are you guys ever actually going to be open 24 hrs? Been here a few times after getting off late night shifts just to see you’re closed. Had to go to Arby’s:/ When you’re open inside not a single table is clean. Also gets my order wrong 9/10 times. Employees are friendly though.
