The restaurant had one table being serviced when we arrived. The server, Hailie, complained to us the entire time about being slammed, tired, working all day. When she took our order, she kept talking over us. Food took forever to come. She brought out our wings didn’t bring them to the right people, didn’t know what sauce they were, so she smelled them in front of us. She didn’t know what a Cesar salad was and brought out the wrong thing. Every time she walked by it was another complaint. Food kept coming out at different times. When our breadsticks came out she forgot marinara. When she brought the marinara out it got on her finger and she licked it while still at our table. We were disgusted. She was rude and it was the worst service I have ever had. She proceeded to tell us we would get $5.00 off our meal and then did not do so. The manager eventually corrected it. The table behind us was very upset with the service as well.

Seriously unhappy with my order. I ordered the meatlover melt with no ham. It had ham, but as a whole had very little meat and hardly any cheese. The crust was so hard I had to through most of it away. I would have requested a new one since I asked for no ham but I only had an hour between shifts to get my food and eat it.

The bone in wings could be a little crispier and hot next time, my last order they were barely warm which was a bit disappointing.
Update: Don't know what to say anymore after 3 of the last pizzas were not hot at all and honestly not put together well or cooked enough and the last 2 orders or wings were undercooked and chewy. Time to just give up and order from somewhere else, I tried thinking it was an off night and gave it plenty of chances but no more.. Hope they can turn it around before it's too late 😔

So I'm going on here since I couldn't do the online survey for whatever reason.. I ordered a 1-Topping Stuffed Crust pizza with pepperoni and the Stuffed Crust was hot but the rest was barely warm with little to no pizza sauce, the crust was thin and difficult to chew so I mostly just ate the outer crust.
Come on guys, you can do better than that! 💪
Oh, and there was a sticker to do an online survey left on the box. When I looked it up online it said that it did not exist? Hence my posting on here.

Trying to keep it nice, my husband goes to buy food from this place for me after he grabbed himself something from another restaurant and he was refused service, what kind of place is this? We will be taking this to another level, makes absolutely no sense to be told to take his food outside for him to get served. The order was to go also, he didn’t want to eat in. So because someone purchases something from outside and has it in hand you refuse them service! Is it cause he’s BLACK or is this the standard you set for your customers? Hmmm Do better, treat people better!

I was a potential customer going into this Pizza Hut,to purchase some food & the cashier made me feel like I was not supposed to be there.. she wouldn’t serve me because I had food from another store in my hand… she told me if I wanted to purchase something that Would have to leave my food outside…smh.. I asked her was she serious, and she reiterated that she would not allow me to purchase anything as long as I had food from another establishment inside the store..

Walked and waited 10 mins.... There was nobody eating in and nobody in the drive thru.... I called out for somebody because I figured they didn't know I was there.... 2 employees looked at me and walked away... Never going back there.... Was talking to other people about it and apparently this is the normal rude way of treating customers

I went in to place an order. Had to wait for someone to come up front. The gal was very apologetic. Ordered 2 pizza's and they were very good! Will definately be back!

Stood up front for 10 minutes, walked back to the kitchen to find staff, found him in the bathroom. Came out visibly high as a kite.... spent 15 minutes waiting for drinks. Twice as long waiting for food.... order was messed up. There was 2 tables

Every time, I request 10 equal slices instead of the 8 huge ones. Every time they don't read the request until after thr pizza is made and ready to go, so I get 6 huge slices and 4 tiny ones. When I pulled up, gave my name, and conformed the order, she even noted the request. I pqid, and was a few minutes past my pick up time, but the food was not done, so I was told it would be a few minutes. Theoretically, the slicing mistake wasn't even made yet, so there was time to remember when they confirmed with me. 15 minutes went by, still in the drive through. Another person came to the window and asked my name and if I paid. I said my name, and yes, I had paid (with a tip that I now regret). She disappeared and again I sat for 5-10 minutes. Finally a third person came to the window and asked my name. At this point I'm out of patience and pretty hungry. Is there zero communication between the employees here? Why was my food clearly either not even started when I showed up OR sat around for a while before it was handed to me? The employee who finally gave me my food gave me attitude about how it wasn't her fault no one told her. No one else was in the drive though line the 25 minutes I was, and there were very few cars in the lot. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement in operations. And of course, to read the requests before making the food.

This store uses door dash to deliver... NOT a good experience.If they are gonna use an outside carrier, they should tell us ahead of time.
