I come here a few times a year as a Semi truck driver to pickup a load of Ice cream to haul around the country. Usually my load is preloaded on one of my companies staged trailers, I check in drop off an empty trailer back up to a new one, and check out and go. The whole process takes less than 30 minutes. We were a little apprehensive for our first experience here due to all the bad reviews. However, our experience was much better than expected.
It’s a large facility with different receiving areas (Reefer, tanker…). We called and spoke with Charity in Shipping who was very kind and patient in giving us thorough directions to the area and we needed to check in.
