Then disappeared. I was eating my food and customer stood at counter waiting and finally left. Seconds after I left they came outside and stood in front of store looking at their phones.

We went to Taco Bell around 12 pm this afternoon. Hardly anyone in the lobby. Took forever to take our order. So we ordered off the menu board. The cantina chicken Quesadilia was terrible. The shell was so doughy n not crunchy at all. Will never order that again. The cinnamon Twists were so plain tasting. No flavor at all.. They were closing the lobby shortly after we got there. Short staffed.

Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no lettuce, half of it was completely dry and the other half had one grape worth of meat. To add onto that I gave her my exact change but she dropped my nickel, then proceeded to say I owed her 5 cents. Very rude.

I went through the drive through and they are having the free medium drink promo and they were out of Baja blast regular and the nice lady let me substitute the lemonada freeze with cream and it is so good.

Taste is still good, I had 3 soft shells and a drink that cost me over $9, amount of fillings was smaller than before
I love taco bell but i tried the crunchy chicken cantina meal. There was nothing crunchy about it. A horrible soft sloppy mess. I will never eat it again. It came with avacoda ranch which was basically green water which i couldn't use on it cuz it was already a soggy mess.

Let me start off by saying their new closing time of 7pm is a bad decision. But aside from that I have been to this establishment for the past couple of weeks and they have yet to get my order right. I have never once received the right food from here but also never the amount that I paid for. The workers look unprofessional and are very rude. I will not be going back again
