Visited Mitchell's for the first time tonight and very disappointed in service. The restaurant was not crowded but it took a long time to get our meals. The tipping point came as we watched as people at the 2 booths beside us, who came in well after we did, get served their appetizer & entre. I then went up to the cash register to pay our drink tab & leave but come to find out our meals were sitting in the kitchen. We questioned the waitress about the situation and she just wanted to argue.Got the feeling that "locals" are taken care of at the expense of new visitors.
