Sandwich was delicious worker made it very fast and exactly how I instructed price was very reasonable store was very clean plenty of parking plenty of seating inside all around a good store and a very good meal

I came in after the lunch hour to a clean dining room. The young lady that helped me, greeted me promptly. She was was very friendly and efficient and I felt welcomed, even though I came in between meal periods.
The meat and veggies on my sandwich were well prepared and were very fresh.

We tried to order through the App, it was down, so drove to the subway, there were no customers, the young man told us that there were so many in line orders it was going to be awhile, I asked him why subway is so rude to the customer that actually visits the store and is standing in front of him.. he became flustered and started arguing and yelling… it is the policy… you mean you can not put a in store order in between online orders? Ot is only one small sandwich… he said no I should go somewhere else… I waited a 1/2 hour and asked how I could leave a message for management or the owners to contact me… he ignored my request, I asked for the info again after paying he became flustered and said I was yelling… at no time did I raise my voice.. it was clearly an issue with training in how to appropriately interact with customers.. O left my name and number to receive a call back..

My husband and I tried to order from the app but it wouldn't take our coupon code for buy 1 footlong, get 1 free. So we drove to the restaurant and ordered inside, to-go. The manager was very nice and helpful. She told us she would accept our coupon even though it was supposed to be good for in -app orders only. Our sandwiches were made quickly, and they were excellent. Love the footlong chocolate chip cookie and churro!! They are out of this world!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed an order online for 2 sandwiches for pickup. Got home and they made one of the sandwiches twice. Called for a refund and they said we would have to drive 30 min round trip IN A SNOWSTORM to either get a refund or the sandwich remade. Should have either been instantly offered a refund or offered to remade PLUS give the refund.
