Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a 6 piece sauced and tossed, and a regular 6 piece and a flamethrower with extra sauce and Dr pepper no ice. First 6 piece was a 4 piece with no toast, 2nd was a plain 6 should be sauced. Soda had ice, burger no extra sauce and cheese wasn't even melted. Let alone you b have to wait 5 to 10 for inside service and lane is always super long. Staff was nice enough but overwhelmed. I should of looked before I left but that's a pretty decent sized error

All around a really bad experience at the manchester DQ . Again. We decided to order a 6 piece sauce & toss. And a 6 piece chicken, the 6 piece we received wasn't sauce & toss. The other order of chicken we received was only a 4 piece. & it was missing it's toast. The soda that was received was ordered no ice, still had ice in it. Nothing is ever made right. This place will steal your money and not bat an eye.

At one point, we waited there for twenty minutes and no one came to us. i constantly have noticed food being left out. So not the best of sanitary wise, but the food can be better, but it's decent. but the pop station and the seating is better than anything else.That's the only thing it really has.

The woman working the drive though was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that she was at work.

Cashier was very rude to the people in front of us, along with taking our order. The rudeness continued to the 3 ordered behind us.

Fabulous experience at the Manchester Dairy Queen. So many reviews on here mention negatives, and I think that is because primarily grumpy people feel the need to spread their anger, happy people just leave feeling full and happy. I have never had anything but great service, wonderful food, and positive interactions. Often, it looks like they only have a few people working but they make it work. I can understand how some workers could be upset or stressed out in that situation, and it is important for us to remember they are people too, I wonder how the other reviewers greeted the person at the window. Just saying, if you want happiness coming at you, sometimes you have to send it forth first. Great job DQ will definitely be a repeat customer.

The car in front of me had a rather large order, or so it seemed. I had stopped to order a misty. By the time the car in front of me got their order, my misty had already melted. Petty, maybe, but for the time it takes to make this misty, I would have waited until the other car's order was finished.
