Fabulous experience at the Manchester Dairy Queen. So many reviews on here mention negatives, and I think that is because primarily grumpy people feel the need to spread their anger, happy people just leave feeling full and happy. The car in front of me had a rather large order, or so it seemed. I had stopped to order a misty. By the time the car in front of me got their order, my misty had already melted. Petty, maybe, but for the time it takes to make this misty, I would have waited until the other car's order was finished.
The young kid at the window didn't tell me how much my order was without me asking. He just held his hand out for the form of payment. When he handed my change back, he just put his finger through the crack in the drive up window. Did not say thank you. This wasn't the only time he has done this. I thought the first time, he was having a bad day and I let it go. His customer service skills are lacking. The drive up window needs to be cleaned too. It has crusty stuff...
