The food was good, especially the giant pork tenderloin sandwich. The flies on the other hand, let me tell you, they were the #1 customer while we were there. Highly recommend bringing a can of Raid or something to combat the flies. Very quiet atmosphere as well while we were fighting the flies. Would have enjoyed some music for the battle. Once again the food was actually very good and the service was also very welcoming and great.
Diana was a gracious hostess and let us sit down even though they had technically closed for the day. The Reuben and the Benderloin tenderloin were fantastic. The deck overlooking the water was beautiful. We’d like to come back when they have live music.
Stopped by th Riverbend pub and grill and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The buffalo chicken salad was flavorful with just the right amount of heat, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious.
Service was solid, and the staff were friendly. Only downside was the atmosphere—there were a few unruly kids running around, which took away from the otherwise relaxed vibe. Not necessarily the restaurant’s fault, but something to keep...
