The staff here are absolute gems; they're so sweet and helpful. I love the seasonal drinks, especially the caramel apple and pumpkin drinks. However, every 1 out of 3 visits, we seem to have issues with our drinks. For example, they forgot to add the apple flavoring to the caramel apple sparking soda, so it was just a caramel soda (which was pretty nasty). When the drinks are right though, they're delicious! Food is fine, just kind of overpriced for what you get (3.15 for ONE small cake bite is kinda ridiculous), which is not this particular locations fault of course.

I placed an order through the mobile app early, you all need to find a way to prioritize mobile orders since people place them to be able to save time. I don’t feel like any time is saved by doing so. If service was better, this would be a 5 star review. Please do better.

On 9:13 at 8:00 a.m. I ordered a caramel apple smoothie the manager was on the drive-thru and said that she will not make it because she does not have a button for it however she did confirm they have all the ingredients to make it just like any other drink you add flavorings or extra sweetness you can customize any drink but she refused to customize today and was extremely rude about it to the point where other employees apologize to me for her rudeness by the time we got to Cedar Rapids we went to another scooters and they made my drink with no issue and yet extremely polite so what is this manager's problem

Drinks taste very diluted and lack any flavoring. Only thing that I have not had a problem with is the ice carmelicious. Hot coffees, quenchers etc. never come out the same and taste watered down. Not a fan of this scooters, it is not worth the hassle, especially when you are ordering for a car load of people.

Was told I was wrong about my drink not having espresso. They said they didn't make it wrong and the espresso was in there. Very rude! If I wanted another drink it was going to be made the same way.

I love this place and visit everyday but with you switching to red bull instead of scoot makes my infusion taste horrible. Bring back scoot!!
