Drinks taste very diluted and lack any flavoring. Only thing that I have not had a problem with is the ice carmelicious. Hot coffees, quenchers etc. never come out the same and taste watered down. Not a fan of this scooters, it is not worth the hassle, especially when you are ordering for a car load of people.

Was told I was wrong about my drink not having espresso. They said they didn't make it wrong and the espresso was in there. Very rude! If I wanted another drink it was going to be made the same way.

I love this place and visit everyday but with you switching to red bull instead of scoot makes my infusion taste horrible. Bring back scoot!!
Once again my drink was made wrong. My husband ordered me a mocha with hazelnut and caramel drizzle and the person only listened to the caramel part giving him a caramelious. He gave it me when he got home and said I think this is wrong, and it was. As expensive as the coffee is, it would be nice to have it correct. This has happened several times in the past few months.

Way more expensive than others. Everything taste the same. Have been here over 20 times and half the time my blenders are mostly not blended. The people working seem awesome. Wayyyyyyyy over priced. It's hard to tell difference in which drinks I ordered. More than 7 bucks is crazy for ice coffee with almond milk.
