Really not taking coupons. Decent place but never have had good luck here with quality. Profit before customer service is their motto. Update 3/8/24. If you're going to give people attitude don't work here. This is to the older guy and older lady. If you're not from here or they don't know you they'll treat you like trash.

I order a sandwich during my lunch break the boss it's meatball and pepperoni and it's very tasty however they somehow mixed my sandwich up I got someone's beef something or other it was covered in cheese and same bread I ordered I told them the toppings thinking it was mine took it back to work and once I opened it I realized it wasn't what I ordered called the store the kid who made it admitted to the mix up but the next day I went back and they refused to make it right with me so there losing me as a customer

Had to update my review from 6 years ago. This Subway is still an OK place to eat at any time. Depending on the time you go in and who is working at that time, will define what you will get for service and the amount on your sandwich. I've had many times in the last two years where I'll come in and get little amounts of meat and or vegetables for what I should be getting. Usually the men that work there are the ones who don't gi e a whole lot, if that were to happen. Once in a while a woman may as well. The eating area is ok and usually clean, with some messes now and then.Just tonight I walked in around closing and no one other costumers were around. A couple of the employees were cleaning up, expecting no more costumers and when I walked in the one getting set to mop threw his mop down in slight anger and walked off. As I went to order my sub, the man who made it kept messing up and at the end of the process and giving me my sub I could see them talk to one another on something and just before that when I was paying, I was asked what I got(sweet onion chicken teriyaki) I come home to find that I didn't get that, but instead got rotisserie chicken. I was in a hurry and couldn't go back, they were also closed by then.All in all. It depends on time and whoever is there. Check before you leave. I like subway but people like that put stains on the shops.3 stars for me.

Beyond annoyed. My son used his own money on a sub for an online order. They charge nearly $2 for avocado. $10.32 for a foot long. They forgot the avocado, I brought my son his food, he called me that there wasn’t any avocado, the receipt even had “avocado” listed on it. The place wasn’t even busy when we went in to grab the sub. I called and asked them for his $2 back. I got a “you can come get the scoop of avocado”. What am I going to do with that?! Give me my son’s money back, make the sandwich again, or offer him a soda and a chip! WHAT A JOKE. Thanks for stealing from him.

I had very horrible service tonight and won’t be back for a while because of how EMILY acted. I told her I wanted oven roasted chicken. She started to put rotisserie chicken on it. I asked if that was oven roasted chicken. She proceeded to tell me no it was rotisserie. I then told her I asked for oven roasted chicken and she rolled her eyes at me. Through the spoon into the chicken and asked someone else to help me because I was being very disrespectful when I was not. I was talking nicely and saying please and thank you.

“Veggie sub.” Second time subway has given me A wad of bread with a couple pieces of spinach. This is almost theft ??? I’d rather have Jersey Mikes from now on. They might only use iceberg lettuce but they put enough on the sandwich to make it legit. Also, Subway, vegetable oil for the oil and vinegar??? WT…
Recently was denied being able to use a coupon because the OWNER said they were getting more coupons than they could handle. Anamosa, Manchester, Central City, and maybe Strawberry Point are under the same owner. Not sure why. Maybe they are doing a great business but something tells me that's not the case.

Don’t take Subway Coupons…. Ordered a BMT Sub once and they only put pepperoni and fixings on it ? Got home and called them…. Person said the trainee made the sandwich.. No offer to replace…. Don’t take coupons I won’t be back ?
