prime rib was never it...I opened the place in 95...all it was roast beef...rare called prime rib at the time... I worked in the kitchen so I know what went on with it and the boat....

This is the second time I've eaten at the Market Street Buffet. It is a nice change of pace from the limited restaurant options on the Iowa side of the Prairie du Chien region. The food is okay, although the beer cheese and potato soup was really tasty. The hamburger patties, too, were good. There is a wide selection of protein here. There is also a wide variety of desserts. The server, Makayla, was excellent. The price was reasonable for what you get. I'll definitely come back, when I return next year.
