prime rib was never it...I opened the place in 95...all it was roast beef...rare called prime rib at the time... I worked in the kitchen so I know what went on with it and the boat....

The flavor was fine but, unfortunately, almost everything I had was cold or (at best) room temp. A little disappointing any day of the week but even more so for the holiday buffet price.
