In our continuing adventures to find new places to eat, tonight we are enjoying the Elm Street Grill in Shenandoah. Calamari and Shrimp Cargo as appetizers, Sirloin, KC Strip and Salmon for entrees. Delicious and fair priced. Definitely coming back!
I also want to mention how impressed I was with the timing for food delivery. As soon as, and not before, the appetizers were finished, the salads came. As soon as the salads were done, here came the entrees. This is important to us. I hate when your food come 2 minutes after you get the appetizers. I just can't stop raving about this place. I haven't been this impressed with a place in a long time.

We were hesitant to go here. We were waiting for the rain to end, and nothing else was open. I'M SO GLAD WE DID!!! It's has a great atmosphere with good food and drinks and a very friendly, kind bartender! We were traveling during covid and knew things would not be normal, but we were very taken aback at how unfriendly most of the people were that we met. So, this place made us feel much better and welcomed us like they were glad we were there. The waitress also shared some cookies with us that she had baked that day. Thank you for being so kind!!!
