Cute little country restaurant & bar. Lots of food options! Three of us had steak, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The other had a pizza and loved it. The servers were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely go back!

Had our first experience Friday September 27th for the smoked ribs. The ribs were amazing the salad that came with the ribs was huge also had the spicy cheese balls. Now we're going back this Friday to try the pizza. You can't go wrong when going here I felt like we were stealing the food for the price and for the proportions that you get. Can't wait for my parents to come from Georgia so we can take them there for dinner.

The best bar & grill in Southern Iowa! The food is always delicious, the specials are all super good, the staff is friendly and service is great. Super underrated place!
We got the spicy cheese balls. They were delicious! My husband loved that they left a full bottle of ranch on the table for us. We had the burger. Very tasty.

Houston's On Main is an AMAZING diner for the family. Great service, and great food. They have a great selection; pizza, steaks, and sandwiches are delicious. I ordered the Cheese Balls and House Pizza, and both were amazing. The pizza has a nice crust and a lot of cheese. Cheese balls are hot, crispy, and gooey. I highly recommend this place.
Kid-friendliness: Houston's On Main is great for the whole family. They are like any "regular" restaurant: sectioned dining tables away from the bar area. Kids will love the food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Located downtown right off the road, the front door is easily accessible for wheelchairs. No stairs, no ramp, the front entrance is ground level.
